Hse Fieldbus System Function Block Application Process Research And Development

Fieldbus is a double-direction,digital,mulnode communication network which interconnects the intelligent devices and automatization control devices,it is also called as INFRANET. One of the two main charateristics of fieldbus is its realization of digital communication,the other is its full openness to all. They have promoted the development of the industrial control systems greatly. The representatives of fieldbus standard are:FF(Foundation Fieldbus),CAN(Controller Area Network),LonWorks(Local Operating Network),PROFIBUS(Process Field Bus),and HART(Highway Addressable Remote Transducer)etc.This thesis puts forward the realization of the Function Block Application Process of the FF HSE fieldbus system in the view of the general system protocol. The Function Block in Function Block Application Process is the core technology of realizing distributed control and mutual operation. In this thesis,the key technology and difficulties in development are analyzed deeply and the resolvent are also given.In the first chapter,the history of Fieldbus,the actuality of fieldbus technology,several popular fieldbus and the significance of developing HSE fieldbus are introduced. In the second chapter,after the discussion of the architecture of the FF HSE fieldbus system,the Function Block Application Process is analyzed in detail. In the third chapter,the complexity of function block application and some difficulties in our work are given. In the fourth chapter,Colored Petri Net (CPN) models of FBs are constructed,and through which the internal procedure of FBs and the relationship of mode and parameter status between different FBs are analyzed for preparation. In the fifth chapter,we discuss the development of Function Block Application Process. And in the last chapter,the conclusion is summarized and the perspective of fieldbus technology is described.
