With the fast development of Internet, DCS industrial supervisor system consist of conventional field-bus are now facing new challenge, that is, how to put the supervisor system to log onto the Internet and realize the remote supervisor and,control based on Internet. It is currently a very hot area in the field of industrial automation. As for our country, how to find the remote supervisor and control system based on Internet which is suitable to the situation of our country is more practical. Under the background, the following research on the remote supervisor and control system has been made:Firstly, the merits and faults of the methods of the foreign embedded Internet are analyzed in the papers, and the idea has been proposed that the supervisor and control system uses the high performance embedded Internet network part as the bridge which is downwards compatible with the special network consist of the field bus and upwards uses the local network to connect with Internet. This system is very practical and easy to integrate with the enterprise network.Secondly, the hardware design of the core network part has been made in the papers. The 32bit S3C451GB base on ARMTDMI core is chosen as the main control chip in this design. The middle-high processing speed is used to improve the performance of CPU.In the end, the deeply research on the embedded Internet technology of the core network part has been done. The topic is devided into two parts to discuss in this papers. The first is the choice of software platform. To make the system more safe and reliable, the necessity and significance of using the RTOS are demonstrated. The free and source-code-open real time operation system of uC/OS-II is chosen as the software platform and is successfully transplanted onto the hardware platform. The second is the embedded Internet technology realization. The original complex TCP/IP has been simplified according to the features of the embedded system and the TCP/IP model suitable to the embedded use is proposed and embedded to the RTOS.
