Research And Development Of Pdm System Based On Workflow And Version Management Of Multi-color Diagram

Recently, More and more new technology, new thought and new methods , including CAD/CAM/CAPP/CAE,CIMS,ERP, parallel engineering, virtual manufacture, the chain of supply, cooperation working, grouping technology, enterprise operation recombining etc , have brought great benefit for enterprise. With the development of new technology, they bring new problems. When spreading these technologies, enterprises will face many problems such as data explosion, data management chaos, low efficiency of management and data transmission and share between different CAD application platform. In order to solve these problems absolutely, the technology of PDM (Product Data Management) was created. As a result, we find a new compositive way of the management of product data and procedure.This paper study the product configure and project management of PDM based on Work Flow and apply complex-version management model based on multicolor graph theory in the product configure. The paper is composed of the following part:Part 1: The first part gives the history and status in quo and the development of PDM, then tells the background and main content of the article.Part 2: In part 2, the paper introduces the background of PDM, then gives the definition of PDM and introduces some crucial technology of PDM, the main function of PDM and the research spothot of PDM.Part 3: After introducing some basic conception, the paper gives the PDM management flow and configure management model based on Work Flow.Part 4: On the basis of comparing with the currently version-management model, the paper gives the complex-version management model based on multicolor graph theory. Then the paper applies the model in the management of Product Configure and describes how to realize in detail.Part 5: In this part, the paper analysis the system structure and function structure of PDM, then introduces the method of realizing PDM and the the effect.
