In this paper, the system and hardware design of the Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG) based on Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) in detail is studied. According to that, a three-pass driver power is designed. This power used to drive piezoelectric microdisplacement actuators can be programmable in waveform, frequency, amplitude and phase.At first, the DDS technology theory and the AWG theory are analyzed. And then MCS-51 is the control center of this power. CPLD is used to design the DDS and other digital circuits. The power amplifier is designed with disrecte electronic elements to amplify the signal of the output of the AWG. The interface between people and power, which is based on the common key and LCD to realize menu construct, is fulfilled.Experiments show the circuit design of this power is up to the requirement of this topic. |
