Internet-based Scada Data Transmission System Research

In this paper, the research concerning the SCADA data transfer system based on the Internet is developed. According to the request of amplification of the gas market and improvement of the data real time, a manage software is developed by using the natural gas net resources and the facility resources from the natural gas corporation. In essence, it is based on the SCADA data transfer on the Internet.Firstly, the development condition of the SCADA system is discussed, and the development disparities of the SCADA system between China and other countries are compared and summed up. The actual background of the gas corporation, the request of zone and the real time improving of data transfer are combined. And then a SCADA data transfer system based on the Internet is developed.Secondly, by analyzing the TCP/IP protocol and network data special line, the total design idea of the system is developed. The most parts of the system are introduced, and the system edit platform is developed. Moreover, the program flow of the two parts and the functions of all the sections are dwelled on.Finally, a set of advice projects are put forward in order to assure the security of the data transfer.
