| The thesis aimed at the requirement of millimeter ISL, then put forward a complete set of scheme of V-band power amplifier and validated this scheme to be feasibility.Along with millimeter wave technology development, the transmitter requires that the power amplifier should be excellent to satisfy its communication requirement. The thesis introduces several millimeter wave power amplifier and analyzes their characteristic, at last determined scheme of power combination. This thesis analyzed in detail the scheme, and focuses on the study of power combiner and microtrip?rectangle waveguide transition. Then the author designed the millimeter power amplifier and simulated that the design is satisfied with the requirment of millimeter ISL. |
