DBS(Direct Broadcasting Satellite) Cruise Antenna can continuously adjust itself to trace the DBS satellite and receive the digital signal from DBS satellites on the moving vehicle. It shows us an exciting view of receiving satellite digital video/audio signal or logging on Internet by this Cruise Antenna anywhere in the world.Based on the project of Cruise Antenna for Receiving DBS Video Signal, we analyze and design the foreside antenna and the circuit of comparing intensity of signal received from DBS satellite in this paper.The project has the great achievements as below.? It is realized with ring-focus array antenna, and also it is the first time for ring-focus array antenna to apply in Cruise Antenna.? It can receive the Ku band signal of satellites 91 ?W, 101?W and 119? W in the whole America.? It's of the innovated driving mode and the innovated control system of feedback. In this paper, the main contributions and works are listed as below.1. Design the foreside antenna with ring-focus array antenna within no more than 7.8cm(Height)* VOcm(Width)* 88cm(Length). The ring-focus array antenna can not only overcome the disadvantage of secondary surface block, but also make the antenna size compact.2. Design the Comparing Intensity Circuit with MMIC 1C based on the requirement of system.
