In the last years, with the penetrating of digital and the exponential improving of internet's application, the video monitoring through internet became more and more population. The most important reason is that a big market is behind of this technology, like video chatting, monitoring with some remote but important project, traffic vehicle, bank and airport, etc.Remote video monitor system has two parts: server part and remote monitoring part. Server part is composed of visual data collecting part, data compressing part and network server part. In remote monitoring part, it can be divided in two parts: network receiving part and decompressing part. This thesis is based on Winsock interface, designed and realized the transmitting in Internet of remote video monitor system, with VC++ software. This thesis has introduced some basic knowledge of video streaming transmitting in internet in the first part. Then, in the third chapter, we give a point to point file transmitting system. Then, in the fourth chapter, we introduced a video streaming transmitting system, but it is not a real-time system. At last, in the fifth chapter, we designed and realized a real-time video streaming transmitting system. This thesis focuses on the designing and realizing of the system in fifth chapter, but considering the complexity of this system, we use three systems to introduce the real-time video streaming transmitting step by step. In the third chapter, we focus on normal transmitting in internet. In fourth chapter we focus on the construction of the client-server model and the double buffer technology. In fifth chapter, we use the most of technologies of the systems introduced in the last two chapters, and we focused on the analyzing of multiple video streaming management and real-time transmitting. In the last part of this chapter, we have tested the multiple real-time video streaming monitoring system. In this experiment, we proved the feasibility and superiority of this system. In the last chapter, we give a summarizing of this thesis. In this chapter, we have reviewed the technologies of every chapter before, and give an analyzing of the advantage and disadvantage of this system, and we have given a picture of the future in real-time video streaming transmitting field.
