It is mainly discussed in this paper that the theory and design of intellectual RLC parameter measurer based on USB and a serial of experimental circuitry used on virtual testing platform.It is included in the experimental circuitry design that transistor co-emitter amplifier, operation amplifier, rectifier and limiter, active filters, transistor and intellectual RLC parameter measurer (based on method of fixed axis with Ohm's law).The RLC parameter measurer based on USB is composed of following parts: USB interface, signal source module, impedance-voltage converter module, digital phase-sensitive demodulator, acquisition module, logic control circuitry and related software.The aim and necessity of designing the serial of experimental circuitry used on the general testing platform are firstly analyzed followed by the circuitry composition and experiment result. Then, the theory and design of hardware and software modules included in RLC measurer based on USB are respectively introduced in the following chapters in detail. USB communication module complies to USB1.1 protocol and bulk transfer mode with construction of the USB controller CY7C64613 made by Cypress corporation in which an enhanced 8051 core is integrated. The technology of direct digital synthesis is applied to realize signal source with the frequency range from 7.4Hz~15KHz, and the minimum frequency absolution to 0.1Hz.
