This thesis includes the discussions about the Zhengzhou telephone network before and after adjusting and the design for the adjustments. The main results are as the following.1: Introduce the quondam network fabric of Zhenzhou.Because limit of the time and condition, the construct of the quondam network is lack of argumentation, and the result as follows:A, Network fabric is complex. The local network is divided into 5 convergence region, and a tandom office is setup for each one. The network construct is adopted as divisional primary/ secondary convergence mode, i.e. the backbone route is setup for all the offices include the end office, the local tandom office (primary office) and the other tandom office which located nearby (secondary office). Normally, the primary office is active and the secondary office is backup, but the secondary office will be active when the primary office is fail. The direct circuit with efficient and low call losing is setup or not for other tandom office and end offices.For the device aging, The quondam network can not satisfy the requirement of bandwidth and voice function is the only service. For example, the first device introduced into our network, S1240 had been used for over ten years.2: The network performance is greatly improved after the network optimization, as follows,A, After reconstruct, the network fabric is turn to simple. Dual homing and load sharing mode is adopted by Zhenzhou for its geography condition. The sharing region of out office conversation is covered by in office, and the load sharing mode adopt dual homing function to distribute conversation load, for example: the local network is divided into convergence region, and two convergence office is setup for each convergence region, only one trunk is set between end office and local convergence office, at the same time, the in office conversation of end office is load sharing by 4 convergence office. The direct trunk have no use for convergence office those located at difference region, but the direct route with low call losing and efficient is setup for end office by reasonable principle between technology and economy. B, Using advanced equipment to improve network security. After reconstruct convergence's pure convergence, used EWSD switch, it improves network security and stability. By the way, Seimens switches have strong ability to handle system, great interrupt ability and advanced inter-network charge calculating ability which are also better than S1240E.C, The network performance index is greatly improved after the network reconstruct,as follows: the conversation overflow of total network is reduced from 2.63% to 0, the call losing is reduced from 19.41% to 4.32%, the resource available for the circuit up to 100%, the 应试比is increased from 54.84% to 63.52%, the resource available for the trunks between different office is increased from 96.24% to 99.5% and for system network the resource available is exceed 99%. With the increase of resource available for the circuit, the success ratio of long distance call is increased too, and all this digital lead the performance index increased 0.8%.In the end, the survey of effect for the network reconstruct indicates that the expect objective is accomplished.
