Transformative And Optimized Program For Tianjin Telecom Mobile Core Network

With the change of people’s need from simple voice service to the desire for rapid, diverse, video and other multimedia services, broadband and the Internet are quickly penetrating into the mobile communications, so the higher requirement will be put forward in the future for the construction and development of core network. In this paper, the proposal is offered to build and optimize the more flexible and open network architecture, the lower-cost network construction and mass service offerings and the enhancement of fast processing capabilities of disaster recovery and business of green environmental protection, in view of China Telecom purchased China Unicorn’s CDMA mobile network which has a large number of old switching equipments:small-sized, in scattered locations and even with high maintenance cost.Based on the the whole situation and background analysis, combining the truth of Tianjin Telecom mobile core network, this paper proposes the development scheme about expansion and optimization of the local core network and device configuration, and provides a specific design and implementation measures. The context of the paper study includes:1. Introduce CDMA’s three techniques, the advantage of China Telecom Tianyi’s equipments and its new development prospect.2. Elaborate the double home principle of end office and its switching mode and sentence condition.3. On the basis of the circuit domain, current signaling network, connection and distribution of Tianjin Telecom CDMA network, the paper puts forward the general principles and construction ideas of the optimization of Tianjin Telecom core network.4. According to the current conditions of China Telecom mobile network, it is proposed that optimize the device configuration of router organization and signaling network for local and inter-provincial networks, in order to reach interconnection of inside and between the networks.Till now, the expansion and optimization of core network has been officially applied in the Tianjin Telecom companies. The problems in the original network also has been solved; therefore, network business in all districts gets significantly improved. Not only does resolve the former problems, but also it builds a new3G network, perfecting the Tianjin Telecom core network’s structure to become a well-supported platform.
