Financial Reports Study

Finance is the core of contemporary economy. With China's entry into WTO, people are paying more and more attention to financial phenomenon than ever. The Asian financial crisis makes the Chinese people have a better understanding of the economic globalization and the unique function of finance in contemporary economy. Accordingly, Financial report is playing an increasingly important part in economic report.Over the past two decades, great achievement has been made in the field of financial report, but there still exist some shortcomings and defaults. This thesis is a probe into such an significant phenomenon, combining theory with practice, summarizing something typical and regular on financial report, analyzing present defaults and problems, putting forward relevant measures and suggestions based on previous studies. My endeavor is to offer some useful implications for financial report.
