For more than 40 years of reform and opening,with the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system,the financial media has become the vane of China's social and economic development,providing a deep historical background for China's financial media people.The development and changes of the financial media also confirm the development and changes of China's social economy.In the process of marketization in China,the financial media is constantly advancing in the process of groping,and it also reflects the problems and drawbacks at different stages.In the contradiction between popularization and specialization,under the balance of social interests and commercial interests,financial journalists gradually explored and perfected the independent spirit of journalism professionalism and the most basic professionalism of journalists in the context of socialist market economy.This article divides the development process of China's financial media in four decades(1978-2018)into four stages: 1978-1992 was the initial stage of the development of China's financial media.The period 1993-2000 was the groping stage for development.2001-2010 was the stage of development and rise.The period 2011-2018 was the stage of development and transformation.Four different historical periods,different economic situations,different national policies,different audience needs,and each stage.,they all reflect financial news reports that match China's economic development.Of course,in the context of the constant changes in China's economic system,there are corresponding characteristics,changes,problems and deficiencies in every historical stage of financial media development.This paper uses the methods of literature research and case study to conduct a comprehensive analysis and judgment on the media positioning,reporting concept,operation mode and social impact of the financial media.Based on the history of the development of financial media for the past 40 years,this article will fully understand the historical and multiple realistic backgrounds of the development of financial media in China's 40 years of reform and opening up,explain the multiple reasons for the emergence,development and prevalence of China's financial media,and reveal the characteristics,changes,problems and deficiencies in the each stage of its development.And then explore the path of the development of China's financial media in the perspective of media ecology,seek the survival and development strategy of financial media and China's social economic and political environment.Through in-depth analysis,we can get the law of the media in the development process and the hopes and prospects for the growth of China's financial media in the future.
