Now the equipment of rectification that used in electrolysis profession, generally adopt small-scale integrated control circuit. Its reliability can not be guaranteed, and because it don't have monitor, so can't grasp systematic operation condition in real time. To solve these problems efficiently, raise the production efficiency of enterprise, promote the developmental step of enterprise,guarantee the competitive ability of enterprise, we must come to carry out new control system. In recent years, with the breakthrough of microelectronics technology, the raising of tiny processor property, the dropping of price, the raising of handling speed responded for interrupt, make the computer control of production course on tiny processor or tiny computer systematic foundation become reality. This paper introduced a kind of figure supervisory system that directly use computer to control the thyristors. For the first time, we combine the control and the monitor, and brought great convenience to produce.On the foundation that realizes rectification , this system designed the closed current loop , and adopt NN PID regulator to control current on real time.Additional,the system can keep watch on the working condition.The system solved the problem emphatically that the computer control precision used in real time is not high. And bring forward a series of software method to remedy: Design multithread to let CPU parallel handle three task of user interface, thyristor trigger and adjust PID parameter; select fast sampling method to complete sample; directly program for hardware to realize high accuracy timer and so on. Actual operation condition shows , this system both has the advantage of single flat machine and the convenientance of computer, while having satisfied the needs of the production,reduced the hardware equipments.
