| To aim at the ubiquity disadvantages of bad reliability, no monitor and not to know the real-time operation status and data of rectifier DC electrical source of electrolysis profession in nowadays, this paper introduces a kind of digital triggering thyristor and digital curve show rectifier system that directly use computer. By running in electrolysis profession, it can raise the production efficiency of enterprise, and promote automatic producing and supervisory level of enterprise. In this system, we combine the control and the monitor with computer technique, we adopt NN PID regulator to control the electrolysis current in real time closed loop, Additional, design a equipment to keep watch on the working condition of total rectifier DC electrical source.Main circuit is a controlled rectification circuit with reciprocal pair star that bring a balanced reactor, the rectification transformer is a advanced five-limb transformer, incorporate the balanced reactor within the rectification transformer, of simple structure, small value, low noise, such advantages as the material energy-saving, etc., reduced the installing and safeguarded cost at the same time.It adopt the single-phase voltage as the synchronous signal voltage, pass phase locking loop 3 times to synchronous voltage frequently, as the initial base of the trigger pulse. The software timer delay time to finish the moving-phase of the trigger pulse, there are advantages that synchronous method is simple, and that trigger is the punctual.We adopt the three dots law to sample the AC signal, to calculate virtual value fast, as so as to reduce the speed demand to sample signal, and the calculation quantity demand.In software, we use Visual C++ and assembler language mix programming technology to solve the contradiction of good user interface and operating hardware that system requires.
