Coking Automation Control Systems And System Software Development

The automatic control system of coking plant can realize three coking cars' catenation automatically and complete the coking plan with efficiency and credibility, this paper is based on the efficient experience learnt through the comparison and analysis of the present domestic and foreign control systems.The system can accomplish the automatization of coking according to the different clients requests, the PC's watching and control program can collect information of cars quickly, and can control cars according to the parameter in the program, also the system can greatly reduce building and maintenance costs and be replanted easily.The whole system includes the working hardware, the singlechip s solidified program and PC's showing program, with which we can prove clients that the system has efficient and steady performance.The system use code to identify the number of the furnace and laser three lights system to aim at the door of the coking furnace accurately.The system has data collection wireless communication and data display, the design of hardware provides some extra input and output channels. The singlechip's solidified program was programmed on RTX51 operation system, which has expansion ability to add new function module easily, the PC's program is programmed by Visual C++, and realize serial data transfer with multi-thread and asynchronous technique, which has high reliability ,and the information window displays vividly.
