With the improvement of people’s life, the car has entered the ordinary people’shome. As the high growth of the national road traffic flow and the stronger demand ofpeople’s travel, there are more and more traffic accidents. Thus, problems on new drivers’sense of safety and driving skill appear gradually. The revised regulations of the motorvehicle driving license application and use(the Police’s123document), released onSeptember12,2012, puts forward more strict requirements on application and use of themotor vehicle driving license. So it’s urgent to solve man-made factors that reduce drivers’driving skill, and the intelligent management test platform for motor vehicle drivers is oneof the effective means to solve this problem.Examination place using intelligent can more effectively prevent low driving skillcaused by man-made factors, ensure the test to be fair, equal and open, and minimize thephenomena of cheating on examinations. It can also greatly reduce the resources wastecaused by manual judgment,. This saves the test cost. In this paper, on basis of the thirdsubject for drivers, a intelligent test system was designed. In this system, lower computerreceives and deals with various signals of the sensors, then it will communicate with thesuperior vehicle-mounted industrial computer via RS232serial port, at last uppercomputer displays and determines whether to pass the exam.This system adopts the hierarchical and modular design. The whole system iscomposed of singlechip control system, data acquisition system, GPS positioning systemand vehicle-mounted industrial computer system. The lower computer takes ATmega169singlechip as a core, to communicate with the sensing instruments such as ultrasonicmodule, hall element, vehicle-mounted instrumentation etc through singlechip. It willcollect and process measurement signals and sends the signals to vehicle-mountedindustrial computer. Then vehicle-mounted industrial computer judges the signals andgives the test score that can be displayed in the interface and automatically broadcastedthough voice module. It can also categorize and file the information in the test and send itto the control center. In the whole test process, the judging datas, finally realize automatic judgement of the most content in the third subject test.
