Supply chain management (SCM) system is an important content of the current international enterprise management. It is also a development direction of national enterprise management. This thesis focuses on the most important aspect of supply chain management, which is the raw material supplying, designing an application software of enterprise raw material supply management in Object Oriented method. In order to maintain the optimal stock, reduce funds on stocks, benefit from management, raw material purchasing and stock management are optimized by evolution program.At first, this thesis presents a new SCM model. The important role of raw material supply in the supply chain is discussed briefly. The present situation and characteristics are also analyzed. Based on the Object Oriented idea, the thesis analyzes and designs this system with Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system contains 5 functional sub systems and 2 support systems. The 5 sub systems are information input, optimal decision, query management, system maintaining and stock alarming. Respectively, the 2 support systems are computer net and database technique. Delphi 6.0 is used to design the system software.In software design process, the raw material stock model is established according to the demand of enterprise. Evolution program algorithm is adopted to purchase and optimize stock. This algorithm characterizes with global search ability, efficiency in search and avoiding premature phenomena which often occurs in traditional GA. This system can provide the decision support for optimal stock and purchase in the condition of normal and continual production of enterprise to increase the profits.In the last section of the thesis, the application software of raw material supply management system is developed by using Object Oriented methods. As a matter of fact, the system software is general, extensible and reconstructible, which prepares for the smart supply chain of continuous enterprise based on E_ commerce.
