TV stations are now being reformed in our country, with the goal of operating as enterprises. During the process, TV stations have to attach importance to compensation reformation. At the same time, the compensation innovation is considerably difficult. About the compensation reformation in TV stations, it is so far still at the initiative stage, without a systemic compensation formulation. With the study of TV station B, this thesis attempts to provide a method of formulating compensation strategies and practices for TV stations.With the direction of the relevant theories and analytical tools in management, this thesis puts forward a compensation scheme for TV station B. In order to obtain the one-hand information, the author has interned in TV station B for two months to make a detailed investigation. In the thesis, a solution of the compensation formulating for TV stations is brought forward. That is, the systemic compensation must be designed under the direction of strategy. At the beginning, designing compensation vision is necessary. This differs from old methods, which started direct from compensation system. In this thesis, different forms of bonus are designed for different departments. Especially, a quantitative method is put forward to evaluate functional departments' performance, and the corresponding bonus distribution is designed. The solution above would be instructive to the compensation formulating for TV stations.
