The cave for tourism is called showcave or tourismcave abroad. Limestone and dolomite cover about 130 km2 which takes up about 1/7 areas of the national land in China. Besides, it is pluviose, muggy and damp in there areas, all of these accelerate the karst caves. There are more than 100,000 caves and holes under the earth, which consists of a karst caves kingdom in the world. The tourism resource of caves is a kind of special perspective resources under the earth. The deposit of CaCO3 is the main appreciating perspective in Fu Rong Cave. But because CaCO3 lacks of the ability of resisting interference, and the activities of human being has increased, the environment of the cave has variated since Fu Rong Cave was open to the tourists. And so the perspective in the cave has been destroyed to some extent, in a result, the value of tourism has declined and the ability of sustainable development decreased. The core of researching tourismcave is about the contradictionc between "human being" and "cave", that is, what impact the activities of human being will do on caves. It is necessary to study the character of "factor of environment", to prob the "temper" of cave, it's accommodating ability and it's resilience so we can take some measures to reduce the variation of caves so as to protect the caves and prolong it's life. To make it ,the only method is that we put up a long term monitoring system about cave and learn about the number and rate of entering of human being. After observing and analyzing the data, we can discover the regulation and the "entropy" which leads to the variation of environment. The management and protection of karst caves for tourism is a long-term and meticulous work, which entails a great deal of data-collection as well as research and needs the closely joint effort of the explorers, tourists and scientists studying these caves. It has become an irresistible tendency to recon ciliate the relations between exploitation of these caves and their protection, to simplify management and perseverance and to provide the scientific research of the caves with necessary aids. This article applied certain research the Envrionmental Management Information System (EMIS) application in the management of the karst caves for tourism, and made a brief introduction of the exploitation and application processes .We have made corresponding research in the mechanism of based on the system, its pivotal technology, the warning system of the caves' environmental quality, the execution of the caves' environment data base and its code, all of which have produced certain fruits. In the process of exploitation, application and studying of EMIS, we havecreatively combined the Internet with EMIS and by WEB ,have linked on Internet the management staff with tourists and researchers, thus establishing a net platform on which information can be communicated. This article has made certain research on building an information management system of tourism caves, succeeded in the fields of the management of environment information of these caves, and the execution of the system and has predicated its possible benefits, yet due to lack of time and funds, there are still problems and deficiencies to be delt with in the future.
