With the development of modern industry, the industry departments put forward a higher request to examine products. The accuracy and velocity of the examination became much higher. Some industry departments even request the on-line examination and use the examination result to guide on-line production. The normal measure means can't satisfy the request of the industry department now, so this paper mainly researches to establish the computer vision industry measures system to resolve the above problem. The paper mainly research the below problems:1. In the aspect of calibration camera parameters ,the paper puts forward DLT method considering the pixel scale factor to calibrate ordinary digital camera and compares it with analytical method and bundle method.2. We study firstly the characters of Retro-reflective material, and then use it to make targets.3. In the aspect of image processing, we study many hypo-pixel methods to obtain targets. Finally we put forward automatic hypo-pixel methods that bases on partition picture and boundary points fitting.4. The paper puts forward two kinds of single CCD survey mode: single camera cooperated measure stick; single camera cooperated DITO measuring distance.5. The paper puts forward no control points survey mode and prove the method.6. We design primary application software system of computer vision industry measures system, and use it to proceed experiments with all kinds of measure modes in the paper. And we apply successfully the software system to our task cooperating with Chinese Science research institute.
