Abstract/Summary:
This paper introduces the design and development of the entrance guard network system baced on Smart IC card, which analysises the design of hardware and software detailedly, gives out the main flow chart and program, the electric circuit principle diagram and PCB diagram of making contactless IC card reader. The reader is consisted of RF antenna, reader module, RS485 communication interface and MCU, which can read/write the Mifare contactless Smart Card of Philips company in Holland, the distance of reading card is 10cm roughly. The system will display the clock when there is no card entered into the scope of RF energy; when the card entered into that, the reading card data will be displayed. Through RS485 interface and PC, constituting the communication network, as reader working independently, PC interviews reader every exact time, the clock of which is used to verify that of reader, and read the reading card data stored in reader's memory, so as to deal with the data in the memory immediately o After testing repeatedly, the system run in common and stable.The controller of reader uses AT89C52 MCU with 8K byte Flash program memory, which has the real time clock with lithium battery, data memory, 8 LED displays and display driver. Besides, it has the state designation lights and buzzer using for the state designation of reading card, and the designation of successful verify time and transmitting data., The system uses serial interface chip, pin is less and connecting line is simple, which benefits to narrow the size of reader, and cut down consumption of power. Besides as prison management entrance guard, the reader can be expanded to other use, so as to realize multi-application by one card.
