Medical data exchange center comes forth with the development of internet data center technology. The exchange center aims at establishing a platform, accomplishes data sharing and exchange among hospitals, doctors, patients, doctor unions and insurance companies. The network of medical data exchange will help to improve people's health level, boost medical informationization and enhance domestic hospital's international intercommunion.This thesis dissertates the overall scheme, technical route and module design of medical data exchange system. This system is based on multilayer distributing framework in .NET. Firstly modeling for the medical data, the data source and data storage format is determined. Considering of adapting the complex situation of different type of users, the thesis devises common expansible structure for multi-users. Via user management module, patient management module, privilege management module and schedule module, the system achieves interactions among different kinds of users to exchange data. Additionally, the conception of privilege group is brought forward to resolve the security problem. The thesis creates modules with the characteristic administrant mode using uniform table data. In order to improve the accessing speed, the system accesses in the store process.The system adopts the international medical data exchange criterion, HL7 (Health Level 7), to interact with existing medical information system. The thesis discusses some key techniques of HL7 standard message mechanism. Finally using object-oriented technology, the HL7 message is parsed in the medical data center and validation based on web services, as well as the storage of local database.Adopting comprehensively advanced network technique, communication technique, database technique, and combining HL7 criterion, this thesis establishes the medical data exchange center based on Web, provides an effective solution for distributed medical data management, sharing and exchange.
