| Fieldbus technique has been attended since its birth, and it is used in several fields. For scarcity of uniform standard, fieldbus developed slowly. However, Ethernet technique is becoming a new pet of industrial control network for its low price, credibility and high speed communication.EPA standard is an national fieldbus standard with self-owned intellectual property, and it is also the first standard accepted by world in industrial automation field. EPA standard has become one of international fieldbus standard of IEC 61158.It is a trend to develop networked electric actuator. With remote control of electric actuator via network, damage to human health will be reduced in high temperature or venenous work environment. This paper introduces an EPA standard communication module for the intellegent control device of an intelligent electrical actuator using modular design conception. In this board, a CPU chip LPC2210, a network adapter chip RTL8019AS and SST39VF160 Flash memory chip are adopted, and an IDT7133 DPRAM chip is used for high speed data exchange between DSP and MCU. The Real Time Operation SystemμC/OS-Ⅱand the EPA software protocol stack are also adopted, and dual FIFO queue is adopted in DPRAM communication. Socket technique is adopted in communication with PC, and a program is coded in Java to realize setting and display of parameters of electric actuator. It is proved that Electric Actuator with this EPA communication module has higher precision and real-time,and more applicability. |
