This is an age of information. With its development, Internet has exerted its impact upon people's daily activities, including activties in economy, commerce, scientific research, education, social administration, medicine and insurance, culture and entertainment, and even the state security. Electronic commerce (E-commerce) is a new commercial mode, which develops from and depends on IT. With its promising prospect, E-commerce has attracted more and more people to be involved in commercial activities through Internet. But, due to the openness, the share of the source of Internet, and the limitations of its development, the data and information transferred through Internet are susceptible to Hacker's attack, thus to incur losses to both sides. Thus, how to ensure the security of commercial data and information turns to be a hot issue and a first imperative as well. The traditional study of the security system is done from the perspective of encode and identification. As a static and passive commercial mode, the traditional E- commerce fails to guarantee safety. In such a case, a dynamic and active E-commercial security system is expected.
