Hotline Call Center System Based On The Mixed Computer Structure

Computer Telecommunication Integration (CTI) is a combination of computerand telecommunication, has been widely used in different areas for different industries.Presently, the importance of the application of CTI becomes more significant.This paper discussed a Web based call center system, namely "96116" CityManagement Hotline System. The main features and technologies of the systemhave been introduced. Voice module, Computer Network, Switch, Databasetechnologies are used in this system. It can be easily maintained and extended toaccommodate more seats of the call center as well.As a field of the CTI application, It has been proven that the "96116" hotlinecall center system based on the mixed computer structure is robust and stable basedon the customer's feedback.
