MIS Rapid Building Technology is a new recent rising technology for management information system of building. It is combined by Orient Object design, Contract Relationship theory, Reference conception design model , Physics design model, and Script building tools etc. The data relation model of Rapid Building Technology is created by reference conception design model. The Program model is designed by Contract Relationship theory. In the phases of Programming developing, the script build tools was used to raise programming efficiency and buildup reliability. MIS Rapid Building Technology has several advantages compared to traditional MIS building technology. The Rapid Building Technology can reduce designing , developing and examining period. The MIS conducted by Rapid Building is flexible for new requirement of customer and also reduce the maintenance cost. As a kind of information system building technology with brightness foreground , it was regarded by more and more academic fields including Office Automation and Enterprise Resource Plan.Through of the developing of Postgraduate MIS and Tianzheng Business MIS, the Rapid Building Technology is primary researched. The view of combining of conception data mode and data warehouse has been pointed out. The main content of the paper includes the history of MIS development, concept and developing methods, many questions in building MIS and the traditional dealing ways. After that the paper expounds the theory of Reference conception design ,Contract Relationship theory and using of Script building tools with parts.
