Reconfigurable Network Model Research And Development Of The Capp System

Based on analyzing the function demand of CAPP in networked environment and reconfigurable technology, the paper establishes the system framework of reconfigurable CAPP which includes support layer, service layer and application layer. It also analyzes the running environment in network, and details the implement principle and key technologies of this system.The paper decompounds the general services of CAPP at first, and sets up the CAPP web service which is derived from web service. Then these general services and extend services are assembled dynamically by soft-bus. According to the configuration tools of dynamic service interface, users can add or delete the function modules conveniently like inserting or drawing hardware. All this makes the system be adjustable and extensible. At the same time, the paper discusses the data storage of process resource based on XML, and analyses the data formats of product resource and part information resource. In addition, the paper also presents the integration framework of information systems based on BOM (bill of material), and researches the data criterion of integration interface.The theory of reconfigurable CAPP and its platform frame CAPP.Net are illustrated by an example - NQ_CAPP. At last what has been researched is summarized, and possible extensions to this system are briefly discussed.
