The quality inspection information also becomes more and more. These various inspection information has brought more difficult to the production processing control and the management of inspection information, and also influence the information construction of enterprise badly.This paper summarized the main problems among the production' inspection processing, then it pointed out the importance and necessaries of exploiting this system .By the description of CIMS/MIS and the importance of CAQ system, it provided the new solution about the management of inspection information Comparing with the four methods of software exploiting, it finally confirmed the exploiting method and the steps for this system.Combing the actual condition of inspecting process at the present in XAC. This paper had made the analysis of systenuthe information processing design the total construction design the functional describing of sub-system the functional design with IDEF0, the information design with EDEF1X. Finally this paper properly choose the C/S construction of system, the software and hardware and the exploitative tool of system. The system of product's inspect information has been successfully attained in the end.This system has not only optimized traditional product inspection processing but also realized the scientific management for various inspection information. The system has realized not only the inspection processing control but also the standardization and programmed for inspect information. Thus it will reduce the inspect costs and raise the efficiency. It can also make the enterprise 's mileage higher and higher.
