In CAEP's production manufacturing, the advanced manufacturing technology is developed by building the computer integrated manufacturing unit, including the numerical control and auto storage etc., it is important for shortening the manufacture period and improving flexible and using reliable quality and realizing the production and reproduction.The base of the CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing) is the information integrated, the computer network is the base method and the key of the information integrated. The computer network of the computer integrated manufacturing unit is the base for the TIS (Technical Information System) to transmit data to the bottom of the unit (the manufacturing layer). The control of the system has multiple layers architecture, including the corporation manager layer, the corporation planner layer, the unit technician layer, the unit manager layer and the unit manufacturing layer, etc., between the two layers it is the bidirectional information flow, the control or instruction information from upper to lower layer, and the feedback to upper. Through the network system that connect the data center that provide the data store and the database services and the other application services to the manager layer and technician layer and the manufacturing layer provide the base of the information collection and feedback.The design and realization of the network system includes the structure of the network system, the cabling system, the two layer switch system, the Windows 2000 Domain and the basic safety and security system, and its integrated. Through building the network based the fabricstructural fabling system and the third layer switch, applying the concentrated network manage for the resource and configuration and audit, using the way that include the physical separate and the network subsection and the validate password, and this way is adapt to the safety and security bylaw, design and realize the network that has enough bandwidth and the easy maintenance and the adapting to the circumstance and the expansibility. Following is a summary of the major design and realization in this paper:1. Based the PDS (Premises Distribution System), design the fabric structured cabling system, build the work area subsystem and the horizontal subsystem and the equipment room subsystem and the campus subsystem.2. Through the core switch that sustain the third layer switch and route and the connect switch that sustain the 802.1Q, build the switch network system.3. Through the server use the Windows 2000 Advanced Server and the user terminal use the Windows 2000 Professional, build the Windows 2000 Domain, this is the concentrated network manage for the resource and config and audit, that use central ized-catalog database that includes the user account and the security data.4. Through safe config based the structured cabling system and the switch system and the Windows 2000 Domain, build a basic security system.At present, the computer network system in the computer integrated manufacturing unit runs well, and the unit is working, and basically integrated the information for the TIS and the MIS (Managed Information System), and operated in the CAEP's production manufacturing. The project successfully completed and applied has favorable practical value.
