As we know, Most chips and operating systems are monopolized by foreign companies, and the portability, extensibility and security of many security products are not perfectly implemented. Considering this fact, I do some work in analyzing, studying and realizing the common data security platform.In this paper, I first introduce some Platforms in the world, then focus the analysis on the CSP module in Microsoft Windows platform, and make a complete research on the problem of localizing the Cryptography Service Provider(CSP) module. I put forward some solutions for this problem. And then I put forward a new Common Date Security Platform(CDSP) considering the vulnerability in the CSP, this platform has the independent intellectual asset. I describe the process of building the module in detail, introduce its architecture and function, and finally, I introduce the system "Encrypted USB disk", which I attend as a primary role, as an implementation of the Common Data Security Platform.Component technique and modularization method are used in the process of building the module, which assure the robusticity, portability and extensibility of the module.Encypted USB disk system is a project of armament research. In this paper I will not describe its specified security requirements because the particularity of the project. The design thoughts of the CDSP is seen through the development process. The user's requirements are met by the implementation of the information Encryption, concealing and secure transmission. .
