Design And Implementation Of Common Adaptive CIM Basal Platform Based On Software Component

Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS) is a contemporary manufacturing system developing with the mass production in enterprise and increasing market competing, which emphasize on computerization, information technology application, smartness and optimized integration in process of enterprise production. As a practical system implemented CIM, CIMS has much shortness such as long period development, high investment, and high risk. When industry varied, CIMS aimed at special one also lost its function, and it should be redeveloped. With the enlarging scale of contemporary software system, changing of software development technology is also desired. The problem pressingly needed to be solved is how to abstract commonness in industries, and how to explore a new CIM solution which can be used in constructing common adaptive CIM basal platform.In this thesis, research issues on System Science and CIMS platform technology are summarized, Flexible Software System and emergence studying based on complexity system theory are especially evaluated. Then, a common adaptive CIM solution is advanced, and development procedure of reconfigurable common adaptive CIM basal platform is analyzed with the thinking of reconfiguration and using platform. Finally, a reusable software development platform framework is designed by using Java program language, which can also be used in rapidly redevelopment. A graphic method is used to show the emergence procedure in platform.The main purpose of this thesis is to discuss about the development process and practice of component-based common adaptive CIM basal platform development. Furthermore, this research work has laid the foundation for construction of complex CIMS application system, and provides a rapid and common adaptive solution for research of CIM application integrated platform.
