| This paper introduces a new method of computer-aided analysis and calculation about dimension-chain, the new soft system of computer-aided analysis and calculation about dimension-chain based on this method, and current research of this soft system. It is discussed in detail how to establish the data structure, model and principle of the new soft system of computer-aided analysis and calculation about planar dimension-chain.Because of its extensive application and underdeveloped research level in all kinds of enterprises, this paper establishes three kinds of solutions to various difficulties about analyzing and calculating dimension-chain using computer. The first one: fitting together ultimate values of every dimensions in one dimension-chain one by one, educing many equations by itself, calculating results, and comparing these results of close dimension to find maximal and minimal values. The second one: projecting all dimensions on two preestablished axis, then providing the solutions to analyze whether every projected dimensions is increscent or decreasing, and synthesize the effect of every projected dimensions to close dimension, educing many equations by itself, at last calculating the result of close dimension. The third one: according to Monte Carlo analysis, getting every dimensions' values from every dimensions' tolerances at random time after time, simulating the actual circumstances of mass production using these dimensions, and calculating reasonable results of close dimension economically.And for the validity, practicability and dependability of this soft system, this paper uses many instances to validate three kinds of solutions. In this paper, the new method is used to solve the problems of computer-aided analysis and calculation about special dimension-chain, and this paper does some jobs about validating feasibility and primary theoretic argumentation studying on the principle and model of computer-aided analysis and calculation about special dimension-chain by instances. |
