Study On The Analysis Of The Dimensional Chain System Based On Autocad 2005

In this dissertation, the mathematical model of dimension chain is further researched, and the computer-assisted analysis model of dimension chain is set up. The analytic system of the dimension chain based on AutoCAD 2005 platform is worked out.The traditional way in analyzing the dimension chain is that technicians solve the chain problem of the dimension by way of setting up and solving chain equation of the dimension by hand. Whole course is time consuming, and workload is heavy. It not only delays the development period of products and influences the economic benefits of enterprise, but also restricts technicians' creativity. That is unfavorable to the development of the industry.In view of the above-mentioned reasons, the overall frame of the analytic system of the dimension chain was designed based on the thought on smart and intelligent mechanical manufacture. On the basis that the mathematical model of the dimension chain was studied , the corresponding computer-assisted analysis model respectively to different kinds of dimension chain were set up: As to one-dimensional dimension chain, result of the closed-circle was solved through setting up dimension matrix; As to two-dimensional dimension chain, result of the closed-circle to its different forms was solved respectively by employing projection, solving the trigonometric function or anti trigonometric function, etc; As to three-dimensional dimension chain, the method of computer-assisted analysis on the basis of its mathematical model was discussed. And the foundation for further development of the system was offered. Through the system's finally integration and debugging, the software of analytic system of the dimension chain based on AutoCAD 2005 was worked out. And the computer-assisted analysis results were proved to be rational through actual project example. It only needs a small amount of jobs to be done in artificially in the course of using this software, so that it has lightened technicians' workload and improved the dimension chain analysis efficiency of products. This software has higher practical value.
