At present, the rapid development of multimedia technology not only provides a completely new model for elementary and secondary education, but also provides a good opportunity for the development of elementary and secondary educational net station. At the early stage of the growth of the net, without any restrictions to this development and design, net station can compete with each other as a free space. Educator should consider and help those varying elementary and secondary educational net station in the net to make them serve the elementary and secondary students better. The dissertation researches and analyses the elementary and secondary educational net stations from the point of their application. Through the analysis and comparison of the existing net stations recommendations are raised in the light of the various and complicated situations of the existing elementary and secondary educational net stations. And the net station resources, the web environment, the information interaction are analyzed and designed from the point of application, aiming to promote the growth of the elementary and secondaryeducational net stations and to make the educational net stations serve the growth of the net stations and to make the elementary and secondary education better. The chapters of the dissertation are written as the following:Chapter One: Introduction of the Elementary and Secondary Net EducationThe net education is proved to be necessary not only by the characteristics of the net education and the general trend of the development of multimedia technology, but by the present situation as well. Through theoretical analysis of the elementary and secondary net education, The researcher review three learning theories as the research's theoretical rationale: learning is a process of meaning construction; Learning is an experience of real environment; Learning is a process of negotiating activity.Chapter Two: Synthetic Analyses of the Elementary and Secondary Educational Net StationsK12 Chinese Elementary and Secondary Educational Net collects large number of net stations related to the elementary and secondary net education. The researcher analyze and compare these net stations according to the classification of "educational institution" neU "discipline education" net and "other" net and give relative recommendations for each kind of these net stations. On the basis of the learning theory, three problems are mentioned existing in the elementary and secondary educational net stations: the abuse of the management of net station resources; the limitation of web environment design and the realization of the net information interaction approach.Chapter Three: Management of Net Station ResourcesThe most important characteristic of net station is resource-sharing. The construction of net station resources should have practical value rather than be an ornament. In order to raise the utility of net station resources, the researcher analyze the net station resources in the light of the abuse of the net station resources and pose assumptions of the co-operative management of net station resources and of discarding the net stations' bad way of information searching.Chapter Four: Experimental Research of Web Environment Speed-PresentingWhereas the good and bad of net teaching is closely related to the net station, the net station is composed of webs according to certain order and construction and all net station resources are presented to learners through webs. So the good and bad of the net station's web environment directly affects learners. No matter how well the web is designed, though, the quantity of being skimmed through can be affected by its beinguneasy to open. Speed-presenting becomes the main factor of measuring the good and bad of the web environment.
