Research And Implementation Based On Streaming Media Player

With the rapid development of Internet and network application technology, Network multimedia application is an important application of Internet, with the development of multimedia compress technology and abundance of media issue's method, VOD is to be more and more attractable in kinds of fields.This paper demonstrate a media-player based on the MPEG-1 ,it can receive and playback the MPEG-1 video stream encapsulated by RTP/RTCP protocol. The paper's main content is as below:1)Discuss the ISO/11179 criterion and the MPEG-1 's compress and decompress theory, carry out a MPEG-1 media player in the plate of linux. Base on it ,combining the network transport's particular requirement, go deepth into real-time and smartly depress the network demand-band, and resolve it. 2)Using the RFC 188971890(RTP/RTCP) to encapsulate the MPEG-1 video stream .. implement and deeply research .3) Analyse "SureStream" theory ,combined the network multimedia data 's demand of real time , bring out an method of using feedback to resolve video file's QoS in the stage of network bandwith changing.4) Aiming at the theory of real-time streaming transfer using feedback ,it has some decoder error and utilize the error-hiden tehnoogy to resove it.
