Flame temperature field measurement is an important subject in both practice and theory. Modern industry expects a real time and high precision temperature field test method, which would be positively significant in burning process control, production safety and environment protection.Using color CCD camera to acquire the temperature field of furnace is a new technology. It can provide combustion image to the operator, and we can calculate the temperature distribution according to the color image with the technology of digital image processing and the theory of heat radiance. In this thesis, we discussed the basic theory and the status about this technology, set up a flame temperature measurement system with colorimetric method, calibrated the system with the black-body oven and applied this system to a real oven. On this basis, we analyzed the problems founded in those processes and presented some measures to improve the precision.1. We summarized the methods applied to measure the temperature, expounded the problems in these methods, demonstrated the significance about how to ascertain the face of high temperature radiant body;2. We obtained the formula between the flame temperature and CCD image, analyzed the errors in the formula;3. We designed and made a flame temperature measurement system based on the color CCD image. This system is very simple and the cost price is low;4. We validated this system on the black-body oven, analyzed the errors which brought about by the optical system, CCD, surroundings and workers, expounded the improvement methods;5. We had done many real measurements with this system. After analyzing the experiment results, we improved the original system and proposed a new system.This programmer is endowed by the ShanXi natural science foundation, No.2001x23.
