| The combustion status of boiler has a direct effect to the safety and economy of the power plant. In order to detect and measure the internal situation of boiler timely and exactly, power plant must be disposed a combustion condition monitoring system which have high reliability to avoid boiler exploded when instantaneous combustions such as alternate load,alternate coal appeared. In this thesis, based on the research of coal combustion and image processing technique ,hardware and software of flame detection system using digital image processing technique to inspect coal fired utility boiler have been developed , moreover,the software is designed by Visual C++ 6.0 to realize some correlative arithmetic including image analyzing and processing,temperature field calculating and displaying,flame detection etc. Furthermore, A blue print that using image processing to monitor NOX is brought forward. |
