| With the development of computer,control and communication technology rapidly, the new request on the function of industry automation software has been put forward. On the basis of gathering and processing information, industry antomation software should apply network and database technology, realize information integration, optimize production and operation, increase output, improve enterprise's market adaptive and competitive ability.OPC (OLE for Process Control) is an open and mutual operation industry standard, on the basis of Microsoft COM/DCOM,ActiveX technology. This standard define the method of exchanging automation real-time data among the clients with Microsoft operation system. Its aim is improving the mutual operation ability among automation control,field system equipments and business applications.This paper studied COM/DCOM distributed component technology, researched the OPC technology specially, which provide uniform standard for industry automation software distributed development and application., and combined the new development of software architecture, put forward the new industry automation software architecture based on OPC—WEB, designed and realized OPC information server, applied some new technology such as ASP,ActiveX etc synthetically, realized WEB integration of OPC information successfully, released industry field real-time and dynamic data onto Intranet/Internet OPC information integration with enterprise information system by WEB will greatly satisfy people's new demand of industry process information. In the future, it is believed that OPC and OPC information integration with enterprise information system will bring more openness and higher productivity to industry automation system. |
