Network-based Digital Control System Design

With the advance of society,　people proposed higher demand to the supervisory system. At the end of the last century,　the digital supervisory system emerged with the rapidly development of the computer technology. It enhanced the traditional functions and added some new functions. In addition, it can control the supervisory system in distance through computer network. Now, the digital supervisory system is used more and more.At first, the author analyses the present and the future of the digital supervisory system, then points out some shortcomings of the digital supervisory products that have been used. At last, the designation of the network-based digital supervisory system is described. The system is designed with C/S model. So it contains two parts, the client and the server. The designation about the client software and the network module of the server software are mainly discussed in this dissertation.There are five chapters in this paper. The first chapter is the general situation about the supervisory system. The second is developmental tools and some network protocols. The third is the hardware architecture of the digital supervisory system. The forth is the designation about the server software. The fifth is the designation about the client software. It is the emphasis of this dissertation. The sixth is the test and using of the supervisory system. The last is concluding remarks. Here, some defeats of the author's designation are pointed out.
