With the development of automatic manufacturing system, real-time produce and supervisory control system is more important. The main task of real-time produce and supervisory control system is to sample state parameter of manufacturing system in real time, and send the data to monitor center to show the latest condition of manufacturing. The efficiency and stability of real-time produce and supervisory control system is directly associated with manufacturing process. The design of real-time produce and supervisory control system contains many domains, including sensor network, data visualization and automatic control.This paper analyzes the requirement of a real-time produce and supervisory control system of a company, and designs a real-time produce and supervisory control system including hardware and software according to the requirement. The hardware consists of wireless sensor network nodes, including end node, router node and coordinator node. The software consists of wireless sensor network protocol stack and host computer system. The protocol stack is an expanded version based on ZigBee open stack Z-Stack, and the host computer system is a monitoring application written by LabVIEW.These paper proposals a network coding algorithm based on compressed sensing according to the company's manufacturing environment, and implements the algorithm in Z-Stack. This paper simulates the protocol and tests it in real environment. The result shows that the algorithm can utilize the capacity of ZigBee mesh network and improves the throughput and stability of the system. The whole system performs good and stable in real using, and satisfies the requirement of the company.
