Enterprise modeling is becoming a major technique to improve enterprise function. Information model of enterprise is applicable to guide the establishing of enterprise information system , and it can also increase the ratio of success to put into practices .This dissertation studys the process to establish the information model of MTO production information system, namely, study the enterprise data from study the the system business process of production system. Establish function model Pass the analysis of the operation of production , Establish data model Pass the analysis of entity, Establish information model Pass the analysis of the relationship between data and operation of production. This dissertation also introduce the production system achieved in Wuhan Marine Machinery Plant.
