In today’s world,the intellectualized reconstruction of industry is in full swing,and connectivity of industrial sites with high efficiency is imperative.As promising data communication standards,OPC UA technology and OPC UA information model technology have high research value and application value.At present,the application of OPC UA technology and information model construction technology requires plenty of manpower input and material input,and the original information which is abundant on the industrial site is less utilized.At the same time,the research on using the OPC UA information model to realize data perception is not sufficient.And there is still a lack of a mature set of OPC UA information model construction and application technology which can fully utilize original data in industrial field.In terms of this issue,we innovatively proposed an OPC UA information model construction method which can fully utilize unstructured text data and structured phenotype data in the industrial production environment.We also proposed a OPC UA service framework which can realize data sensing by using OPC UA information model.This thesis deploys the edge gateway in the actual industrial production environment,which integrated the OPC UA data sensing service.The research content of this thesis specifically includes:1.An OPC UA information model modeling technology based on industrial unstructured text data is designed in this article.This technology is oriented to abundant document data and web record data in industrial fields.Through text extraction technology,useful information can be identified for the information model construction process.In addition,with pre-defined text label organization relationships,the technique can organize object-oriented models from extracted text and generate the final information model using normalized tools provided by the OPC Foundation.2.An OPC UA information model modeling technology based on industrial structured data is designed in this article.This technology is based on phenotypic data generated in the process of industrial production and equipment maintenance.Starting with its pattern information,we extract triples that can be used for information model construction,and record the information in ontology format.By analyzing the organization mode of OPC UA information model nodes,this technology realized the transformation from ontology file to information model.The UAModelCompiler tool was used to ensure the normalization.Finally,the model construction method is tested on large-scale data nodes of the experimental database.3.We have realized a three-layer industrial IIoT framework in the PCB assembly production line of SUPCON factory which is located in Hangzhou Fuyang.The framework integrates OPC UA information model service,and deployed data acquisition module with gateway to realize data perception and communication.At the same time,the deployment in the factory also verified the feasibility of the scheme.
