Housing Chanquanchanji Based On Geodatabase Data Model, Database Design

In recent years, along with our country national economy is fast developing, the real estate became the investment hot spot day by day, and the ownership and the domicil of the real estate is the core question. Actually,it not only records the house structure attributes, conditions , addresses using but also annotates the house which is "the property" that subordinate to the right person.Because the traditional management is not full of user's needs , As the level of real estate automation management method is greatly to enhance, joining with GIS , establish the ownership and the domicil of the real estate to produce the nationality database and the information system become inevitably. Therefore, using one kind of highly effective data model to establish a convenience quick intelligence database to provide magnanimous real estate information , browsing, inquiry, estimate for the user is ultimately. The paper main work as follows:1. First, the database designing was introduced systematicly,and the developing of model was introduced , also select the GeoDatabase model to creat datasets.2. With real estate property right producing the nationality management model, using the object-oriented method and case tool, it constructed the UML molded to make the database structure, and managed the magnanimous real estate data through ArcSDE for SQL Server, then will enlarge the house property right to produce the nationality management depth.3. Using the ArcGIS tool ,the data was loaded in the database schema,it was realized through ArcSDE in SQL Server, and realized database management function.
