People's survival and development postulate for well Entironment, which is the basis of the sustainable development in economy and society. Forest resource, looked as the most perfect ecosystem, is not only the most important natural resource of the people society but also the basis of the environment and development. Forest resource plays a crucial role in maintaining the whole ecosphere's stabilization. But, it has been under-developed to dealing in forest resource conventionally. So, in order to meet the demand of the sustainable development in forestry, in this paper I tried to take HuoDiTang forest-depot as a sample to probe into the pattern that can make sustainable management become reality. In addition, the HuoDiTang forest-depot forest resource sustainable management information system has been explored. The information system will help to manage and deal in the forest resource scientifically and effectively.First, the theoretical regimes have been set up to meet the demand of forest resource sustainable management, and to make entironment conserve, economic development and resource utilizing come into harmony. The principles, goals and demands have been put forward, some models of forest resource sustainable management have been discussed, and the standards and indexes had been also established to evaluate and analyze which pattern is the best. On this condition, we can draw a conclusion the classic management pattern is the best. Second, the technical regime has been set up by investigating and analyzing the data of the second-class forest resource. The intensive forest management includes woods, forestland, plant diseases and insect pests management. Third, a series of rules, policies, and insurance measures matched with the classic management have been discussed at present.In this paper, the database technique and O/O technique were combined to explore the information system. According to the theory of information system, this dissertation assays the feasibility and necessity. Based on that, designs the system and database. It consists concretely of data management, information indexing, statistics analysis, selecting measures and foreseeing forest resource, help system modules and etc. every modules can be run autonomously to improve the independence of the system in order to manage and assert the system. The object-oriented design theory and Graphic User Interface design technology were used in the system. It was characteristic of mighty functions, friendly interface, simple use and easily mastery.If the classic pattern, relative management measures and the system was applied in the practice, it will save extremely manpower, material resources, money and time. In addition, they will afford effective and scientific management method for the HuoDiTang forest-depot forest resource sustainable management and make them be capable of grasping timely the change of the forest resource.
