With the economy globalizing and China joined the WTO, The trend of the cargo transportation is developing rapidly and globalizing , As the main transportation device and equipment , it is the future of the cranes and transportation device that cranes achieve the intelligence and management achieve the network in the workshop and port..By combined the modern automation technique, electrical drive technique, computer and net-work technique, wireless communication technique, realized intelligence of the single equipment control and multi-equipment network management on the port. Through the network, collect the signal and information of all the electrical control system of the device and equipment, at the same time, make use of the multi-media technique to realize to monitor the working status and trace the fault of the crane. For example, the every part running status, faults type and faults position; to realize to monitor the cranes working status and content in the workshop and port; and the cargo position management (For example ,the containers position management on the port ), to improve the efficiency of work and management on the port or in the workshop .In this article, to reach the network control of the device by the PROFIBUS and the network management of multi-devices by the wireless Ethernet. On this bases, to reach internet monitor remotely. By make use of computer network technique in the electrical automation system, achieve the digitally, intelligence and network of the transportation device and cranes, achieve to share the information resource and improve the information communication and the efficiency of transportation.
