The scheduling of workshop level production is the core and one of key points of CIMS research. It has important meaning for improving the use rate of enterprise resources, elevating the product' s quality, shorting the delivery period and reducing the cost, thus raising the enterprise competition level in market economy. Based on the bell-type annealing shop of Shanghai BaoSteel Yichang Sheet Company, this paper detailed analyses its technology flow and production scheduling status. For the multi-machine^ multi-stage and reentrant flow-shop production scheduling problem, integrating the H2bell-type annealing scheduling investigation of domestic and overseas documents, this paper suggests a simulation model to this annealing shop by combining the simulation scheduling method with a stochastic algorithm. Practices prove that this model simulates the batch annealing process accurately and provides powerful support for production management and operation scheduling. |
