In order to respond to the surge of market demand,without changing the production structure of the enterprise,Hengjiu Anti Co.,Ltd cooperates with external manufacturers to optimize production operations.In the current production environment,he production cooperative scheduling efficiency of enterprises is low,Intra-node order blocking occurs frequently,Capacity load upper limit is low,Unable to complete the order on time.This paper focuses on reducing the delivery time of resource scheduling,prolonging the blocking time and raising the upper limit of production load to improve the production scheduling problem of collaborative production system.(1)A scheduling system optimization model based on MAS was proposed for the operation process of the entity production operation.Firstly,analyze the production scheduling system of the enterprise under MAS,and study the resource scheduling process of the enterprise' logistics system;Secondly,according to the load upper limit within the node,the collaborative theory is used to allocate resource demand,and establish a dynamic collaborative scheduling system.(2)Centering on the cooperative scheduling problem of each node in the production system,design a switching neighborhood tabu search algorithm considering the load balancing within each node to solve the scheduling optimization model,which can avoid the local optimization of a single node,and obtain an optimal scheduling strategy for load balancing among each node.According to the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Dynamic collaborative scheduling is feasible in production and operation of Hengjiu Anti Co.,Ltd.(2)MAS dynamic scheduling optimization model plays an optimal role in the production and operation scheduling of Hengjiu Anti Co.,Ltd.(3)According to the production and operation process of Hengjiu Anti Co.,Ltd,the scheduling strategy solved by the heuristic algorithm is simulated.The results show that the upper limit of production load is increased to 62,the blocking time is delayed to 1391.64 hours,and the production and operation efficiency is increased by 26.07%,which verifies the effectiveness of dynamic collaborative scheduling.
