This paper mainly presents the research on the driving technique which is based on Piezo-electric Translator of Angle (PZTA) scanner. We have improved on the driving circuit of PZTA succeed to the performance of predecessor's research on PZAT. And, according to the promoted driving circuit, we qualitatively discussed the nonlinear compensate of PZAT scanner's output wave.The main content of this paper is:1. The first chapter introduces the background of this subject and the task we will accomplish.2. The second chapter describes the characteristic of PZTA and its working principle.3. The third chapter presents the driving circuit design of high voltage. This circuit mainly includes: the wave making division, the high voltage magnifying division, the direct current power supply of high voltage division, the data acquiring division, the communication to the compute division, the LCD display and the keyboard division.4. In the fourth chapter, on the basis of the improvement , we make a experimental test on the driving circuit by PZTA scanner PSD testing system. And according to the test result, we compensate and testify the nonlinear result of PZTA scanner's output wave.5. In the last chapter, we make a conclusion of our work and mention the improving direction.
