Common elements of Conditional Access technology for digital TV developed by DVB.The CA system is the main establishment of the managing Digital TV Broadcasting. Centralized Management means that Using Mux to manage the providing program and services in the Head-End of the Digital TV Broadcasting and Multimedia;Using Subscriber Management System to realize the registering,statisting,managing according to the command of users. Set-Top Boxes (STBs) can realize the functions of multimedia services at the side of consumers. The CA system envolved in the three components. It' s intension is to scramble or descramble the streams which is the services requested by any users. So if the user pay the charge,he/she can get the service.From the beginning of the paper,I simply describe the future of the Digital TV Broadcasting development. Then I introduce The Conditional Access(CA) System. I emphasize on the CA' s model and theory,and the implementation of the interfaces between the modules and the technology in the system. At the end of paper,I describe about what the system benefits the society.
